Qustion about small, itchy bumps on hands

I have a question about what might be causing small, itchy bumps on my hands and fingers that I've been getting since about the third week of using Humaworm. When I scratch them, lymph fluid comes out. Are they parasites trying to get out? I finished the cleanse in early May and am still getting these bumps. I'm wondering if the cleanse is still working to clean out the parasites, or if it's being caused by something else. The skin on my fingers also thickens and blisters at times, and I also get some welts on my throat.
