I have always craved and eaten daily one or more of the following; "other foods also provide large amounts of sulfur, including egg yolks, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, Brussel sprouts, watercress, radish, leek, onion, and of course garlic."
I also take MSM most days. I feel these things have been a part of why I have healed so much in the last few years.
