I had a feeling my question might get taken the wrong way.
I've done a 40 day Master Cleanse earlier this year so I know about breaking the fast and the purpose of the cleanse. I realize that all fasts slow your metabolism down but I'm just wondering what effect, if any, it will have on it by breaking for three days-first two with juice and veggie soup at the end of day two and eating lightly on day three(obviously no meat). I've keep off the weight that I lost from the first time I did the Master-Cleanse earlier this year except for 7lbs. I eat healthy so that's not a problem.
I'm thinking that besides having to endure being hungary again for a couple of days when I start back, it won't quite be as good of a cleanse than if I did it for 20 days straight. I know I will still benefit from it.
