I would suggest going on the Master Cleanse.
This gives you all the nutrients your body needs
through the entire fast. It's very good for your
body and helps with many health problems as well
as weight loss. Some people loose a lot, some a
little. It depends on what YOUR body needs.
I lost 27lbs. with a 40 dayer. My first time ever
doing the cleanse or ANY fast! I was very proud of
myself. I wish I could have lost more weight but
I really was doing it for digestive problems and
some other health issues. The weight loss was a bonus!
Most people would loose more in this time but I'm
VERY different. I found out AFTER doing the cleanse
that I have lymes disease which makes it impossible
for people that have gained weight because of the
disease to loose weight. So I was pretty happy that
I was able to loose 27 lbs.! :) I
I'm on my 4th day of a 10 dayer with 3 days off and
then another 10 days. I'm only doing this because I
have an event to go to and want to eat a little, then
back on track. I wish I didn't have to go off at all.
