yes, i agree with you on that. i actually mailed the guy of the website asking why the heck he recommends loads of silver but warns against the 'heavy metal' toxicity of gold.

oh well, its a journey huh. anyway, it kind of puts me off from trying gold. but i like to read your stuff on it, i might reconsider in the future
