Speaking as a moderator, I pretty much put my feelings out there using my name and try not to use my number. It is #25, in case you ever see it. You'll know it's me.

But, some moderators do NOT want anyone to know who they are and I respect that. They pretty much always use their number. Then there are others who use their name when they want their name to be seen and then hide behind their number when they are saying something they don't others to know it's them saying it. Make sense?
