Sit in a bathtub with 101-104 degree water. Your torso should be submerged. You should be sweating freely during this time. Stay in for 45min.-60 min. Then sit on the edge of the bathtub, spread yer legs, and spray your o-ring for 15 minutes with 55degree water. Doesnt have to be a full stream of water, a good trickle will do. Enjoy.
