Hey shroom, if those were taken at LPF then they would be dead ringers for what I found in my sputum... My doc ID them as strongyloides and so began my battle with thiabendazole (tortorious)with ivermecten. The larvae looked like rhabtiform larvae. I have fotos if youd like to see sometime.
Otherwise Shroom--- sorry about the HLA stuff. I can only say I recall reading several times. In cases is schisto they use the host blood as their own and traspose the HLA into the tegumentum. I think most flukes share a similar mechanism to evade the immune response.
