constipation and trouble breathing

I was just wondering if anyone knows if a person has been constipated for awhile if it can cause you to feel short of breath. My chest feels heavy and I was wondering if there is any connection. I haven't had a bowel movement in 2 weeks. I have tried everything under the sun and nothing had worked. After I do an enema it feels like there is something stuck and I cant push it out. I was also wondering if something like this can make a person sick.
