again, more great stuff there. i find it real interesting ppl were already talking about depleted soils that long ago, just imagine how badly depleted they are by now! and there again we see that mineralized crops are naturally pest resistant and resist spoilage.

have you ever run across anything which shows the optimal levels for a wide range of minerals in soil? all the info i have seen say you must first get your soil tested then you can figure out what to add. but i am building soil from the ground up, so to speak, for my wheatgrass, i am starting at zero, so i am wondering the optimal level of each major mineral.
