crest whitestrips destroyed my teeth.legal & health help needed!

I have recently used CREST WHITESTRIPS-Renewal Age-Defying Strips,which have completely destroyed my tooth enamel.I only used the first 2 strips from the package(top & bottom teeth).I used it only one time for 30 minutes as directed and after I took them off my enamel was cracked all over where the strips were on.I had beautiful healthy teeth and now me teeth are completely destroyed.Not only that,they became very sensitive-I cannot even put my teeth together,the sensitivity is also giving me a headache and it's getting worse.It seems to be deteriorating and the enamel seems to be chipping away.(Just a remark:I am otherwise a very healthy person).It's been about 3 weeks now since this happened.I have contacted the company and they said that their product has been tested and is completely safe.They sent me a $35 refund check for the product dissatisfaction.Apparently the product is not safe because it destroyed my teeth and I have the proof.I need help and advise on how to deal with this legally and also how can I restore my tooth enamel.I want the company to pay for all the dental fees.I'm not even sure if this can be repaired.Does anyone know?What should I do?Please help.
