Water Fasting- Experts Q's

if i were to do a "complete" fast where i go to the point where my body is entirely cleansed, hunger has returned, and there is virtually no fat left on my body, is there any risk of death, as long as i break it before my body turns to my muscle, bone and organs to break down?

I feel like at this point in my life I need a cleanse like this. I want to do a Water Fast to heal myself because I feel like my body needs it. I dont have the financial assets to go see a naturopath or anything, so i'm planning on doing this on my own.

I just don't want to majorly risk my health at all either.

So, if I refrain from having too much activity, do this over a warm weather period, and drink only water, and break the fast in a proper way, is this possible without ending up in the hospital? (im not underweight)

I'd appreciate as much information as I can get. Thank you again :)
