I wouldn't skip the Quercetin when for "immediate" effectiveness and its broad benefits. A really good sublingual form is great for this.
NAC is supposed to be super important. I took it for some time but noticed no change to what "appeared" to be an allergy (as I understood them at the time, which is different from how I do now) - and I noticed little "change".
I would consider beginning again because it is really essential on many levels. But at one time I (tried to) swallow up to 30 some supps a day - and once I cut it all down to next to nothing in that respect (very very little, and not every day I will actually swallow some capsule or suppl tablet) I began to SEE what was going on.
And better water, more colloidial silver (ionic this time), and only a few other liquid items here and there.
I would advise to anyone who takes supplements to treat symptoms to drop 80% of them, keep the C if you don't eat much fruit/v's, add good salt, more water, definitely keep selenium in mind to some extent. (I think a little goes a LONG way...and the nuts are the best way to get it in and keep it there.)
Good luck with it all. Let us know how it goes.
Is this off topic, or too flippant? If so, I aplogise.
