always good to just eat fruits and veg no matter your size. meat does not go great with the human body all we did was eat meat as a habit and thats it. meat create mucus and you dont want that eat more veggys then fruit to gain weight. make sure to work out and you can build muscle. and if you look like your unhealthy skinny there is herbs that you can take to get what your body needs. all i can say read and read so more. best thing to do is be your own healer. meat just bad stay away from it as much as possible. Im skinny and my diet 95% fruit and veggys. and last of it meat.
