Re: Minerals map of your face =)
Ahh, my face map. I'm guessing that everyone is different, but that side specific reactions would be the same. Unfortunately, I do have some mystery mineral spots, but for my most common reactions, they are as follows:
1. Copper-affects the area just right of my chin and below the corner of my mouth
2. Potassium- the area on my right cheek straight across my cheekbone
3. Zinc/Chromium-the area of my chin exactly opposite my copper area, on the left
4. Manganese-the area just above the copper area, parallel to mouth(only when high)
5. Calcium-the area on left side of my face just in front of my ear
6. Magnesium-the area under my right jawbone along the jaw line(when low)
7. Vitamin E-the area under my left jawbone along the jaw line(omega-3's too high)
I know these all sound odd, but it has taken many months of observation and supplementation to figure it out. And usually, when I break out now, I can trace it to a food or drink that alters the balance of one of these, and can fix it quickly. The response to the mineral usually occurs within 4-8 hours, and always by the next day.
Not sure about potassium and wounds. I know that potassium, calcium, and copper are major synergist to each other, so that relationship my play a role in it. It is possible that it is boosting your copper and/or calcium and improving your ability heal.
