Hey there. I have attempted several before and so far journaling in this forum has helped a lot. It somehow seems more real and more accountable if there's a written record of it. I have had to think about it in moments actually. When I have had cravings I keep telling myself that in ten minutes that craving will be gone and I don't want to waste the three days I have already spent in it over a silly craving.
