About the castor oil

I believe i have a small lipoma on my nose(and this is a real bummer since im only 19)and i would really like to know some more details about the castor oil recipies. Like is it alright for me to put that on the much more sensitive skin of the face? What exactly is the recipie that works the best and how do you use it?

And also what about the indian herb? Do you think that that would be ok to use in that area as a last resort? DOes it leave a scar?
