I put the salts into capsules once and didn't have any
trouble. However, I don't recommend it because the salts
need to dissolve and there may not be any liquid left
in your stomach once the capsules dissolve. I've heard
this can be painful.

Try dissolving them in a small amount of warm water and
chugging them with a cool water chaser. You need a total
