What a story! Do you fast after 2pm each day? And what is the ratio of oil to grapefruit. Question for Southern Belle - you mentioned in one of your posts that you take ES regularly and that it is a healthy salt to take. Could you give more info on this as I live in England and the chemists here are not keen to sell ES. I can only buy it in small packets and it comes with dire warnings not to use regularly.
