I have an internal retainer in my mouth, should i do a liver cleanse?

alright, so i was about to do the cleanse, then i get to the part "no metal" in my mouth.. im guessing i cantdo this with the retainer in.. this is bugging me, because its built in.. and that might be the reason why im getting Acne and bags since its most likely "toxic" .. or it adds up after a while.. i dont remember Acne before having it though, so it may actually be the dentists fault.. i find this pretty interesting.. anyone know more info on this?
