First of all, you should know about things minimizing flush results:
-exhaustion.
Very hard work, marathon run, ....
-short term illness.
Cold, flu ...
-bad emotional state.
Avoid these and take your time to recharge.
Things helping flush:
-Warming up.
It includes sauna or hot bath on the cleansing day and about 2 pm start locally - wrap wool cloths around body to cover liver area, place over hot water bottle and keep it through evening-night-next half day.
Also sauna a few days prior to event helps to get
Gallstones loose and round them, so they'll come out easier.
-Right Moon phase.
Full Moon ±3 days is the best, new Moon ±3 days is next to it
-Positive thinking about flush
-regular activities: jogging/running aerobics etc
-regular body bending exercises, stretch or yoga
-spring time is where the liver is most active
Also one might think - I can do it fortnightly. In general it is not good idea. Some time is required for
Gallstones to travel from deep inside the liver. Ones a month is optimal.
