Ingredients: More like a protein shake!
You are right brucet, GlycoPlex Ingredients not worth what they charge! There are a lot of readily available and cheap foods in this mixture. I would use these ingredients in a nutritional shake. Glyconutrients should be more concentrated.
Ingredients in glycoplex are as follows:
Shark Cartillage, Shitake Mushrooms, Psyllium Seed Husks, Fenugreek Seed, Fenugreek, Kelp, Nutritional Yeast, Lecithin, Whey Protein Isolate
Sadly it contains No Arabinogalactin, No Aloe Vera.
