More Stones!!
Hello Friends!
Well, I should know by now that I cannot consider my intestinal tract clean of stones for at least 48 hours after my flush begins. This time was no exception. I always try to have
Watermelon for my first meal after flushing, because I use it as a marker. It comes through pretty much intact, so I can tell that my stones have been pretty much swept out of the intestines.
Well, after my diarrhea cleared up the day after the flush, I didn’t have any more BM’s, so this evening, I planned to do a
coffee enema to
flush my liver and hopefully flush out any remaining stones. I wasn’t surprised to find some stones when I did my enemas. However, I was surprised at the hardness of these stones. They were not mushy like the green stones, and they were not flaky like some of the tan stones I’ve had in the past. These stones seemed harder than anything I’ve passed before. I’m not sure, but perhaps they could be partially calcified??? However, they did float.
The thing is, I kept passing more and more stones. So after my coffee enema, I decided I needed to do a high enema to get any remaining stones out, which I did with a half gallon of pure filtered water and abdominal massage. I got more stones. I also saw my
Watermelon marker and the skins of the potatoes I had for supper the day after my flush, and some skins from the kernels of popcorn I had that day, as well. I passed about 1/8 cup of these small hard stones. They were not round, although a few of them came awfully close. They were all sorts of shapes. But I don’t think many of them were broken apart, because they were smooth for the most part. They were light in color, mostly tan, but some were gray, and some had a greenish tint. I was quite excited. I didn’t start these enemas until 10 p.m., and it’s after midnight now, so I won’t be performing surgery on them tonight.
Anyway, I’m feeling energetic and almost fanatical about doing a
Colon Cleanse over the next 10 days. I’m ready to get totally healthy, although I can’t imagine the things I’ll be able to accomplish! If I keep feeling better and better, I’m likely to run a marathon or something one of these days! Oooo, but my GB area is a little sore this evening.
Well, goodnight All! Happy flushing!!!
