I did a flush three days in a row and I still ending up throwing a lot of greenish stones. I usually wait 3-4 days to a week to start the next flush. I figured that I had a lot of stones and could not afford to wait the 2-3 weeks.

And tonight I am going to do my Full Moon cleanse. Good luch to all you full mooners and look forward to hearing results.
