YES !

I hated it when I would do exerting exercise, like chopping a stump out, where you take a blow at the root with an axe with all your might and then after about the 10th stroke, the tachycardia would set in and make the heart beat at 180 beats a minute. Taurine would always help, but after the Iodine I don't even get the tachys anymore. IMO, the Iodine definitely flushed out some bad guys.

Also, whenever surprised previoulsy, like if an oncoming car would cross the double yellow slightly for a second, or a thunderclap, or whatever startling event, I would get an instantaneous adrenaline rush and a feeling in my heart. Now, even the most startling events phase me very little. It is as though my reflexes have returned to normal.
