Re: a resounding NO

So, when I had those nasty-severe-scary heart palpitations in the very beginning from putting 3mg's worth on my belly (15 drops-worth of my then very new, yet unknownst to be oh-so-potent detoxified iodine), I should have put even more Iodine on my belly?????

I'm asking, because around the same time, Vulcanel had posted something about bromides getting stored in the region of the heart. I'm thinking that the sudden-onslought of a LOT of Iodine dislodged too much all at once, and caused the scary palpitations and arrythmia...believe me, it was sudden - and scary as hell!

Are you saying that detoxing, even in that regard, can't kill?

We do get "newbies" all the time...and yes, there are certainly some out there that are truly something "other" than newbies...I just want to make sure that you ensure that "going slow" and "working UP TO" the large amounts still be said!

We need to be clear about such things. Just like a marathon-runner who's dehydrated...he needs water...and a LOT of it...but because he'd been running for so long, and got so hot and deficient in water, he MUST go slow with his water-intake or it could kill him.

The military teaches this as well...at least, they used to. (In my dad's day)

:-)
