Question about liverflush after MC
What would be the best timing for a liverflush at the end of the MasterCleanse?
-At the end of the 10 days and do I then need the Epsom?
-Or could I use MC's salt water flush in stead of Epsom?
-Or is it better to wait until I'm back to regular eating?
