Did the first two weeks "by the book"... well almost (slipped in an oj one nite becuz they were on sale - and i was really bored w/ the lemonade :D). This week I will start adding the occasional organic veggie juice & am really looking forward to the variety. I'll still keep to Master-Cleanse recipe primarily ... but want to introduce other nutrients now as I'm feeling pretty cleaned out.
Has anyone ever used kambucha during a fast? is it not a good idea to add good bacteria before eating again? I was thinking about adding that to my break routine. Usually I do a day of juice w/ pulp & then go to watery fruits & build up to raw veggies (not a big fan of over boiled veggies in soup).
