Calcified GS 1.5 cm
An ultrasound a few months ago showed a 1.5
cm gallstone. The surgeon stressed over & over that it could NOT pass through the common bile duct, that the bile duct opening was no larger than the tip of a ballpoint pen. He said if there were any more attacks, then surgery to remove the GB would be necessary. I do believe the body has the capacity to heal itself under the right conditions and that these conditions can only be created by living healthy and eating healthy. I'm working on that part because I do want to do this flush but on the other hand I do have a healthy respect for the surgeons knowledge. I knew of the flush before seeing him but didn't bring it up because I could tell by his *superior* attitude that the information would not be appreciated and would only be dismissed as either dangerous or useless.
My question is: Have any of you been diagnosed by ultrasound to have
Gallstones (my understanding is that only calcified stones will show on ultrasound)over a centimeter in size and successfully performed this flush?
I was even warned by my alternative doctor not to attempt the flush with a stone this size as he had a patient that had to have emergency surgery due to a stone becoming stuck during a flush.
