actually this is not accurate at all

fasciola hepatica is endemic to florida but also is known to occur in many other regions throughout the U.S.

as well strongyloides is endemic to appalachia

as far as hepatitis its a virus... there are at least 5 types. Flukes are not known to cause positive hepatits serology.
