Re: Help! When do the attacks stop? Do they?

Hi,good luck with your flushes, just as important as the flushes is your diet.certain foods will trigger an attack. And certain foods will help heal it.As your gall bladder has got to this point it will take a strict diet to not stress it out and trigger the attacks,I have had some major attacks and have learned to stop eating many things. The way I understand it once we get this far along it will take some real effort to strengthen the liver & gall bladder-these are directly connected. There is also a gall bladder forum on yahoo that you can join that has been a great help to me.you can also do web searches and find a great deal of info, this is not easy but better overall health will result if we can learn the important facts about the food we eat.Good things are avacadoes, beets, carrot juice.distilled water with fresh lemon juice.A severe attack should be followed by eating very little food-stay with fresh squezed lemons & distilled water.I understand your pain. Many have faught thru and been able to save their gall bladder.I too am trying to save mine.Good luck,Jim
