The skin is the largest purifying organ of the human body - it will remove toxins - and when it does it will also produce acne, rashes, boils and so forth. The more foods you can prepare yourself in your own kitchen from scratch - the better. Fast food and chemical laden grocery store foods are killing folks - slowly but surely.


We make cakes all the time using whole wheat flour, real butter and cream, brown sugar and molasses. They are great and are not full of chemicals! A big bowl of oatmeal sweetened with real maple syrup, cinnamon and a few raisins is likeable by children and is good for them too. Healthy eating does not have to be boring or bland.

Remember this when you have your own kids - they will learn to like whatever they are fed. YOU have the power to start them out on the right healthy eating path. YOU and no one else. My kids and grandkids all like cabbage, turnip greens, english peas and such - BUT - this is what they have always eaten and it is what is available to them.
