Re: Would you share what your diet is like?
I eat home raised beef, pork and chicken - home grown vegetables (fresh, canned and frozen) - home raised fruits - (also fresh, canned or frozen). I drink water, coffee and tea - and an occasional Coca-Cola, Bud Light Beer and the every once in a while shot of good Southern bourbon.
I like oatmeal, homemade chocolate chip cookies and anything my grandkids make for me to eat :)
When the occasion arises for me to go out to eat - I eat only deep fried foods - believe it or not, there is less chance for any sort of illness if you eat something that has been cooked, frozen then cooked again than if you eat something like salads or ground beef or anything that you have to rely on the kitchen staff cooking properly.
I am very physically active - I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full - I am regular too - always have been. The only other thing I do is take a regular multi-vitamin made for seniors - the cheap "mart" brand. I liver flush once a year and colon cleanse once a year - and that's about it.
