Re: My first liver/gallbladder flush!

Hi,
Thank's for your reply. I am actually waiting two months because it was such an extremely difficult ordeal for me to go through the flush. It was my ver y first one so I'm hoping the next one will be easier, now that I know what to expect. On the first day of the flush I thought I was really going to die, my blood Sugar levels became so low I nearly passed out. The second day I felt great, but the actual flush day was very exhausting. Then the day after that I got my period. Having Endometriosis this means 24 hours of complete agony. Pain, pain and more pain. No sleep. This is then followed by three days of moderat pain (still in bed...) I need to do the flush right before my period so that I get rid of as much estrogen as possible. But the pain is harder to deal with in an already weak state. So, I'm giving myself a month off, hoping not too many new stones will form. I know I probably have loads of older stones waiting to get out. :)
