Glycobiotics was sued one over one year ago for patent infringement but are actually NOT in violation of the patent and continue to defend the right of the public to have glyconutrients at a reasonable price without having to buy them through MLM marketing.

M****tech's patent is on ISOLATED AND PURIFIED sugars, Glycobiotics Int. does not use isolated and purified ingredients, they use foods and extracts containing the essential sugars. M****tech has a patent of course, but they do not use their patent in A*******e or A*******e Advanced. Notice their jars still say 'patent pending' after 2 years of having a patent.
Isolated and Purified example: glucose.
WHite Sugar is white Sugar whether is comes from beets or Sugar cane. Sugar is Sugar.

Isolated and purified Mannose is Mannose no matter the source.

A*******e and G*********n contain ingredients CONTAINING the 8 sugars. (A*******e actually only contains 5 of the sugars)

What M****tech is doing by suing other companies for patent infringement would be like Western Family having a patent on White Sugar and suing someone for selling sliced sugar beets or dried sugar cane.

Deception? Counterfeit? The public should be grateful for a company with enough integrity to fight for your right to have a quality product at a decent price. Tweet
