you can modify the mc!!

no you can't, and this is why:

1.if someone condones a change, the whole system becomes vunerable and allows further room for challenging the cleanse that is believed to be superlative.

2. people who have endured the mc feel it to be a sign of weakness if someone questions the superiority of the cleanse

3. veterans feel cheated and insulted if someone were to suggest a modification to the cleanse that, has clearly worked for them and see no reason to even suggest the above mentioned, much in the same way a natural bodybuilder feels about synthetic hormones.

4. it is much easier to adhere to the "if if aint broke, don't fix it" approach, thereby allowing one to focus on the cleanse rather than ways to alter the recipe.

now that we have the psychology figured out, i'm substituting Watermelon juice today for maple syrup. call me a loser, but my left kidney is more important than any comments you may have. i guess the point is, if you want to change the mc, don't tell anybody. do what's in your heart, and let it stay there. today is day 4, and i'm feeling better. i didn't do the swf this morning, because it's not the mc anymore now that i changed it right?? peace to all of you and good luck with cleanse. stay strong and be positive.
