CPAP = Continuous Positive Air Pressure. It is a mask I wear when I sleep that keeps my throat from closing. I stop breathing when I sleep. During my sleep study I stopped breathing 25 times in one hour and my blood oxygen level dropped to below 80%. I was falling asleep while driving, getting acid reflux and hyper tension all the time, among other symptoms.
