One thing that concerns me about thse folks, too, is that they don't drink enough water. I went to the bathroom recently after one of these friends and was overwhelmed by the strong, urine-y scent of too little water in the body. But I need to make a strong case for more water, too -- these folks take all of these medications -- Lipitol, something purinol, metformin -- and I know enough about meds to know that they need water for processing.

Ugh. I do feel so blessed to be part of this site and forum and learn this stuff. One thing I realize is that people assume doctors know everything, when really they don't know that much. Tweet
