Any kind of bouncing in one place ?

My brother was always bouncing his leg under the table, using his toes with the heel raised.

I do the same thing, sitting or standing, and more slowly/deliberately. I even do it with my buttocks, when sitting.

A cheaper 'rebounding' when one is without the store-bought version?

Plus, I gotta tell...when I am falling asleep at night, and just in the 'twilight' zone...my toes sometimes flutter really fast (both feet together).

I could think this an offshoot of my long-time habit of kind of 'dancing', waves of stretching and flexing, as I relax. This usually starts and ends with stretching my feet, gently, every which way.

The fluttering toes, however, are quite like a shudder, involuntary, but lasting longer.

I fancy that the event signals some 'rightness' in the thoughts currently drifting through my mind. A new kind of 'muscle-testing'?

Well, I'm sure that my lymph system benefits to some degree, anyhow.

F.
