OK I'm back...I tried to start the fast and ended up caving in to urges.

Funny that I wasn't really hungry, just had cravings, for SIZZLER of all places!

Anyway, I'm back on track today...so today will be Day 1. Just juiced orange/lemon/grapefruit/pineapple juice..yummy!
