I would say there is nothing you did wrong.
However, I guess there was a special reason why you have tried the CO application.
I presume because your digestion is sort of insufficient.
The mode of action of CO has already been extensively discussed here in this forum.
If you liver and your bile flow is inadequate CO cannot work.
CO must be split into glycerine and ricinolic acid via bile and pancreatic enzymes. the active compount is exclusively the ricinolic acid. If this enzymativ Cleavage of CO does not happen - either because of a compromied liver bile flow or because of impaired pancreatic function - CO cannot work.
Then the result post CO intake is consequently zero - as it was in your case.
Therefore, I would be wise to do some conventional LFs prior to any CO intake in order to blow free your bile ducts and to promote your digestive function in general
