what is anemia?

i was told that dark circles are a cause of liver and kidney. i just started drinking barefoots kidney herbal tea and taking liver herb supplements

im desperate for help!

i do oil pulling but the only advantage it gives me is glowing skin and the whites of my eyes are pure white. I am pleased with the results, but my circles are still there.

mind you, i do have braces. and was told that this could be a reason too
