JAB-- does the RSG-2 work like the megamagpulser re: arthritis?

I was reading one of the R posts that sent me to

I had asked about the megamagpulser a couple of days ago so I checked out the link. It started talking about near instantaneous pain relief, especially with old injuries and arthritis.

I have ordered my RSG-2. I'm wondering: is the RSG-2 the same type of machine that would offer the same type of results (wondering because relatives have really bad arthritis), or does the megamagpulser work completely differently?
