One of the main reasons people take Iodine is to displace bromine. That's good. I'm saying that natural bromine in foods such as Kelp & Paprika is beneficial. And, if you've OD on Iodine, those foods may be helpful.
Have read where they take them together (Iodine & Bromine) in Japan. I don't think that's necessary, but Kelp would be the natural equivalent.
Aren't we all looking for a natural way to cure Iodine deficiency???
