Bad Bromine/Good Bromine?

We know that good Iodine is used to replace bad radioactive iodine.

Will good bromine help replace bad bromine?

Dr. Duke's Phytochemical Ethnobotanical Database shows highest bromine plants to be #1 Kelp, #2 Bell Peppers (Paprika, etc.)

His site doesn't show everything, however. One website says that if you get too much iodine, take Cocoa which is high in bromine.

In other words, foods in their truly natural mineral combinations are good for us.

Just food for thought. Any opinions?
