You have nothing to apologize for. If anything I think you should be apologized to. At the least I think the suggestion for format could have been done with a little more tack and a lot less rudeness.

While I did find myself at times having to go back and reread here and there, the post WAS worth the read and I for one was thrilled to see someone have so many good results that they would be so excited as to write a post as long and detailed as yours.
