Unfortunately I had a regular dentist take it out - someone who did not believe in that stuff of course. My husband has a mouth full of metal and I desperately want to get them out of his mouth, but it is so expensive to remove them. I didn't feel that much different, but you have to remember, I have a LOT of other issues going on besides the metal issue. My cousins wife had hers removed and said she felt a 1000 times better and then went through the chelation and her life changed.
