Re: So what is the answer then?

I feel your pain. At my lowest point, I very seriously considered putting a permanent end to everything :(

Here are facts that have been true for me, maybe they are true for you:

Liver Flushing doesn't help
colonics don't help
following a candida "protocol" helps minimally (i.e. taking anti-yeast, special diet, and probiotics)

I tried this sh1t for about a year and a half (the worst year and a half of my life, mind you).

things you absolutely need to stop:
drinking alot of water with meals (i wait two hours after each meal before i take in any liquids, this has helped tremendously)
eating so many fats (everyone is on this crazy "fat is good" thing. traditionally, people didnt eat so much fat, even good fats like olive oil, and "candida" was less common) fats also cause the body to secrete bile. Bile includes molybdenum, so molybdenum gets depleted which as has been outlined in many documents on the internet, causes sensitivity to aldehydes - yeast byproducts, alcohol, chemicals

i really dont think yeast overgrowth is a real condition. but if we let our bodies get out of balance through diet and lifestyle, then we will experience symptoms of mineral imbalance. check out ithyroid.com

best of luck
