Day 5 was pretty good, I had a mild headache on day 4 that lasted all day, I woke up on day 5 and still had a headache, but about 2hrs later it was gone, I notice my energy level is up also, I wasn't as tired at the end of the day, as I have been.
Hey tell me, why are you doing the MC? As for me, I had a really bad sinus problem, I was waking up almost every morning, with a killer headache, that would sometime last all day, no matter how many pain pills I took, so far the Master-Cleanse seems to be helping, I've only had 1 headache on day 4 and it was very mild, also my sinuses are clear and I can breathe so much better. I also have Seborrheic Dermatitis , it's mainly in my scalp and also my eyebrows, it's kind of hard to say, but it looks like it's improving, I'm not seeing as many flakes. I hope you're seeing some health improvements too. Tweet
