One day at a time is a good way to go.

I like to end mine when it is just right to do so.

A good first time cleanse will usually run somewhere between 10 and 20 days.

You will know when the time comes.


The Master-Cleanse dosen't necessarily "flush" the liver but is does cleanse it.

The Liver Flush will actually flush out the liver and bring out the stones.


The "regular" limes will be fine. Organic is always best, but what you have will do just great.
